Our retreat house Casa Manuela is located in Galicia, in the North of Spain in a rural village, surrounded by gardens and lush nature.

In Casa Manuela we enjoy a simple life, connected with nature and oneself. We live together as one family and enjoy healthy vegetarian food, cooked with love.

As tools for transformation we use:

silence, meditation & mantra, mandala drawing, soundhealing, singing & dancing, nature walks & yoga.

We offer retreats for both individuals & groups, tailored to the wishes and personal needs of the individual.

Our retreathouse, Casa Manuela, is situated a little more then 100 km, south-east of Santiago de Compostella.

We invite you, for a beautiful Innerpeace Journey, Camino Interior. Join us for a 3 day personal retreat, before starting Camino de Santiago. Prepare yourself at ease and walk mindful the pilgrimages route.

After completing the Camino in Santiago de Compostella, we invite you to return to Casa Manuela.

Enjoy the healthy food, the peace & quiet. Rest & relax and take the time to integrate the pilgrimage experience.
